Off Ngong’ Road in the outskirts of Nairobi lies this 48 units each two bedrooms apartment block.
The project was started in 2016 and completed in 2019.There are two lifts,600,000 litres underground water tanks fed by a borehole, ample natural lighting and a pair of fire escape stairs.
It occupies a quarter acre piece of land.
Scope of works was design detailing, Site inspections and set out.
